Yesterday Delta was attacking United’s fares from Newark and San Francisco. United is returning the favor. We found availability from:

  • Seattle [SEA]
  • Atlanta [ATL]
  • Detroit [DTW]
  • Minneapolis [MSP]
  • Salt Lake City [SLC]

We found availability to:

  • Melbourne [MEL]
  • Sydney [SYD]
  • Brisbane [BNE]

Melbourne is the cheapest at $560ish, while Sydney is $580 and Brisbane is about $600.

    I was originally hoping for a UA flight to Sydney. It would’ve been a better experience than Delta/VA with no status vs. Premier Plat w/ United.

    Beggars can’t be choosers, I suppose! I won’t hold my breath for SFO – SYD on UA at $580 with a free stopover….
