American Express is running a 10x Membership Rewards points at selected Washington DC restaurants and hotels until September 15th, 2011. This is really a great promotion, especially if you go to the restaurants (New York, in contrast, only has a 3x promotion). So is DC 7x better than NY? New York is getting shafted.
