One of the easiest way to save on travel for American Express cardholders is to signup for their free Offers program. For example, a few of us on the team got targeted for an offer that is $160 off $800 spend on Delta today:
While the Delta offer is targeted, American Express run many offers that are not. Here are some travel offers that we have added to our account:
Offers range from everything from dining to shopping. These offers are great since once added, it requires no effort on your part to claim it. Its all automatic.
The easiest way to add offer is to use a service like Wandering Aramean’s Sync Assist. Sync Assist will automatically sign you up to American Express Offers. All you need is have Twitter for the service to work.
If you don’t have an American Express card, we would recommend the Amex Everyday card. It includes the Membership Rewards program and have no annual fee.
