Carlson Hotels (Radisson, Park Inn, Park Plaza, Country Inns & Suites) has been running their friends and family promotion for over two years now and it is one the best hotel deals out there. This rate includes free breakfast and internet with the rate and no need to prepaid for the reservation.

Depending on the region, it is either $80, 80 Euros or 80 Pounds per night for Radisson Hotels. It is $70, 70 Euros or 70 Pounds for the other hotels. This is especially useful in Europe where hotels can be very expensive — in March, I went to Stockholm and hotel prices were over $200 a night for even a basic hotel. I use the promotion to get a rate of approximately 80 euros and ended up staying in central Stockholm.
