Question…Does this deal have to be purchased by June 30th, or 28 days before departure? If the ticket is valid starting Aug 15th then the ticket would only need to be purchased by July 19th? Which is after June 30th?

    • TFD says:

      Aimee,

The fare must be purchase by June 30th — fare rules are often contradictory, the 28 days advance purchase is overwritten by the June 30th purchase date. It does not mean that the fare will be around by then since United can pull this anytime.
