Emirates – $200 – $500: Emirates US Gateways – India. Roundtrip, including all Taxes

Update 10/15/2014 @ 3:20AM Eastern – fare gone

Emirates has some great prices to India from their US gateways

  • Seattle [SEA]
  • San Francisco [SFO]
  • Los Angeles [LAX]
  • Houston [IAH]
  • Chicago [ORD]
  • Boston [BOS]
  • New York [JFK]
  • Washington D.C. [IAD]

These prices are good to all Emirates India gateways like Mumbai [BOM], New Delhi [DEL], Chennai [MAA], Bangalore [BLR], AMD, TRV, HYD, COK, CCU etc etc.

We found it as low as $200 from Houston – Mumbai. Just enter dates within the availability date range and see if it price out. As general advice, do NOT make firm plans until you receive a ticket number – 13 digits confirmation, and not just the PNR [6 DIGITS].

These are exceptional prices and will not last and are not searchable on ITA. These are bookable on Vayama.

We got a question on when we posted this and how long this will last. We posted this at 12:51AM Eastern and tweeted it at 12:52AM Eastern (https://twitter.com/TheFlightDeal/status/522248650144382976) and was on facebook the same time. We do not believe this will last much longer as we are seeing availability drying up. Act fast.

Booked 4 pax–3 on a multi-city for JFK-DXB-BOM-JFK and 1 for JFK-BOM. Both confirmed via Vayama but haven’t ticketed yet with EK.

Re-searched and now for some other family and not seeing any EK avail at all, so it’s possible they’ve shut it down. 🙁

I did see IAH-BOM for $177 (booking through kayak) right after I saw this notice. Surreal.
Then re-searched a little after and it was gone.
Hope you do get yours ticketed!

I just booked tickets from JFK-DEL for $130. Unfortunately, the website does manual ticketing so it won’t go through till the morning.
Basically… it’s never going to happen but at least i tried!

Booked through onetravel, but not getting through the confirmation page ! I hope this is ticketed.

Booked two tickets LAX – BOM during thanks giving week 21-30 for $400 each from one travel. I saw $326 ticket but my dates made the ticket price go up a little. Have the confirmation from emirates as well. I Have been looking for similar deal for a friend but can’t see anything less than $850. Oh well thank for the awesome deal 🙂

They emailed me back that my trip at that price was denied. Upped it to 1800 for two people from Boston to Mumbai. Did people actually get this deal?

  • Shlomo 9 years ago Reply

Bought BOS-DEL for $224 for my friend from onetravel — received Emirates ticket number within 10 minutes. Other friend bought 3 tickets on vayama and never received ticket numbers, so he booked on onetravel and received them (just in time). Vayama canceled this morning. I’d go with onetravel on these sort of deals in the future as they ticket pretty fast.

Same story with Vayama. Wish I knew that Onetravel had same price. Received an email this morning that the Carrier couldn’t approve this low price and offered me to buy it for the new increased price. Is there any way to have Vayama approve this Error fare, otherwise I would suggest everyone to NOT DEAL with VAYAMA IN FUTURE !!!

  • Sam 9 years ago Reply

For future reference a lot of these booking sites have apps that generally works when the sites are down or not responding. I don’t think Vayama has one but One Travel does and it saved me yesterday when both sites were super slow!!

  • Ed 9 years ago Reply

Sam! Are you talking about Mobile apps? That’s a good tip to know

  • Carl 9 years ago Reply

Help me understand. Your email comes out around noon or 1pm CST in Dallas TX. But then it says “Update 10/15/2014 @ 3:20AM Eastern – fare gone”. So when does the fare come out? How do you know it comes out? When do you post it? Where do you post it? How can we get it when it is posted? Where are you looking to find these? Do I have to stay up half the night to research every night? I don’t get it. Please help me understand. Thank yo.

@Carl – our email is once a day and is an aggregate of the last 10 deals. there’s no good way to handle fast moving deals with email. we push fast moving deals out in real time on our facebook and twitter. those are the two best channels to be notified of deals in a more timely manner.

I booked 2 Mumbai tickets for Feb 2015, through vayama / kayak. Got confirmation also and can see my tickets on EK. Will they cancel it now ???

The Flight Deal 9 years ago Reply

@akash – if you have a ticket # -13 digits. you are fine. not cancelling if thats the case

  • Jack Son 9 years ago Reply

Not happy that your preferred partners Vayama still has not issued the ticket I paid for yesterday. Why did you suggest them as the primary place to book?

The Flight Deal 9 years ago Reply

@Jack – sorry Vayama didn’t work out. we tried various booking engines to get it to book. vayama was one of them (before vayama, we went to orbitz, priceline, expedia first, but we couldn’t price it there).

  • Samir 9 years ago Reply

Hello – I am one of those passengers who booked through Vayama and they have yet to issue the ticket. when I spoke to them, they said that Emirates has increased the cost of the ticket and I can either cancel or pay the revised price. I am arguing with them, but they are saying that 100s of customers are in the same boat (and I see the same above). Is there anything that can be done, or do I just have to cancel the ticket. Would appreciate any guidance.

    Samir,

I also tried haggling with the girl about something being done, and they said they couldn’t do anything. Kinda wrong, but I understand that this is rare. I’m new to this site and just wondering how often does this happen?

The Flight Deal 9 years ago

@Joshua – these mistake fares happen once a while. sometimes it works out and some times it doesnt. it works out most of the time (e.g., in November last year with Wideroe, earlier this month with Etihad who had similar pricing to the rest of the World). this one didnt. we are sorry that we priced it on Vayama (after trying numerous sites).

    JOSHUA 9 years ago

No problem buddy, great opportunity. Stinks that I didn’t get it honored, but absolutely love the site! Wish this would do push notifications to my phone. 🙂

Thanks for this awesome deal! Because Vayama was so slow, I booked on OneTravel and got confirmation. I waited a while for confirmation, but then thought to check my spam folder and there it was!

Darn, was in Montserrat with internet down from the tropical storm. Oh well, I have missed nearly every mistake fare of the past several years because of travel, I figure as along as I am traveling, everything is ok.
