This is going up for two reasons:

  1. The lack of long haul American deals
  2. Test out Roost, the new web base real time push notification (let us know how it works)

This could be available from more cities, but we found availability from San Francisco and Chicago

  • San Francisco – $882
  • Chicago – $970

(If you find a new city pair, let us know, thanks)

Like that new real time push notification, worked very well . Thanks for a great website.

  2. Dave says:

How do i sign up for push notifications via Roost?

    • TFD says:

@Dave – you need to be on Safari and OSX for now. It is coming to Chrome and Firefox soon-ish.

  3. E says:

If I can’t construct it on AA or Orbitz, would an AA agent be able to? I see it on ITA. Also if booked via Orbitz, I can still call in to apply my SWU later?

    • TFD says:

@E – you can apply SWU on Orbitz booking for sure. What routing are you have trouble booking?

  4. E says:

trying to replicate 9/27: sfo-dfw-hkg-dfw-lax-sfo found on ITA

    • TFD says:

@E – return? The ITA result that we got on ITA for 9/27 has an overnight in Dallas for $920. The OTAs are resulting back without the overnight for <$1100. Use multi-city to get the 9/27 price with overnight.

  5. Rizwan Kassim says:

    Appears to be pulled.
