We posted a deal to Kuala Lumpur (KL) from Portland yesterday. The fare is also available from Phoenix for about the same price. As we mentioned in the Portland to KL post, KL is a very good destination for visiting other parts of Southeast Asia due to it being a hub for AirAsia. You can visit Siam Reap and Angkor Wat in Cambodia, or Bali from KL for under $200 roundtrip.
